The band are hosting our first ever Cultural Evening in the Mem on Saturday 21st November 2009. Doors open from 16:30, Entertainment due to start just after 17:00. Everyone will be welcome to attend. Admission £5.00 maximum!

Maiden City Beat will do a set of cultural / traditional Ulster Scots music to begin.

Other Bands playing will be:

Newtownards Melody
Castlederg Young Loyalists
Ballymacarrett Defenders

We are also hoping to have Dungiven Crown Defenders (as yet unsure whether they can attend, so may or may not be there!!)
Possibly another band as well - but we are waiting to see!!

We will also have a wee drum solo from Richard Campbell of 'Different Drums of Ireland' and input from a couple of members of the Crimson Players!!

Evening entertainment will be from Maiden City Beat, playing everything from Johnny Cash to Kings of Leon, Lily Allen to Bay City Rollers!! This will hopefully get underway around 21:00 - feel free to bring your dancing shoes!!

All Day we have the pleasure of the Fife and Drum museum set up by the Mullan family. It is well worth a look.
